The African Natural Resource and Energy Investment Summit (AFNIS) has announced significant advancements in the preparations for its highly anticipated 2025 Summit, scheduled for July 14-17.
A pivotal first strategic meeting of the newly expanded Inter-Ministerial Organising Committee was held on May 6, 2025, underscoring the growing collaboration and national commitment to the success of this pan-African initiative.
The AFNIS Organising Committee is now further strengthened by the inclusion of representatives from:

These new members were warmly welcomed by Engr. Faruk Yusuf Yabo, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Solid Minerals Development, which proudly serves as the Chief Host for AFNIS 2025.
Engr.
